You are correct. Bravo works as expected. Red circle appears hoowering over 

but  works as it is supposed to!

And it is logical as red circle appears and shows nobody gave Bravo to posts with 0 Bravos.

I think bravos were disabled in the lounge for a short while (iirc). That might be the reason? Or it could be another bug lol
