I redeemed my First Rewards today.

 

I switched to PubMo just under 2 Months ago

 

I posted at the time 

Is it Always this Good

 

It is it really is

 

I want to thank you all for your Helps

in the Solving or explaining things

Include PubMo CS for my own small hiccups/glitches

 

Because I am not Techie and find 

the Internets Tedious I was concerned 

PubMo could be to complicated for a Tortoise like 

somewhat Luddite at times person like me

 

I really like the Solutions oriented Approaches

 

If you are new to PubMo or thinking of switching

I suggest 

 

1 ) Try your best to follow the basic Instructions

 

2) If you are having a hiccup/glitch Post it

and follow up 

 

2a) With Technology even the best of us can miss or overlook 

a simple step

 

3) If all else fails do a Ticket to PubMO Customer Service

 

4) I think that 99% there is a Solution

Among the things I like the most is it 

immediately Solutions Oriented

 

Most other types of Customer Service 

Banks, Government , Utilities etc

 

spend all that time on hold

 

Dropped Calls

 

Wrong deparment

 

5 Minutes of Securty questions

 etc.

 

Even for less Tech like me 

PubMo is faster

 

The couple of hiccups/minor issue glitch ....

 

I would still be on hold with other orgs LOL

Yes, PM support is all online, not a model everyone likes.  But once you get used to it, it is not bad
