With customer service this bad, the phone plans should be bargain basement, but they are not. The only thing that works is their payment system. They have my money, I have nothing. I just want my phone numbers back so I can go back to a system that works. They say my account number is wrong. They gave it to me - how can it be wrong?

@Suestreet so your saying the account number in your account is wrong ? If so contact support to get the proper account number . And get the old provider to re trigger port request after that

I am a brand new customer and my account is not suspended. I want my phone numbers ported back to my original provider. When we tried to port it, their message said that the account number is incorrect. I just want the phone number and my money back.

@Suestreet So are you needed the account number to port out ? If so you need the account to be active. so if the account is suspended do you see the “pay now and resume “ button tap it
if you don’t see it you can
use this link to load funds and trigger the renewal
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
but if you pay for another 30 days I suggest not porting out until 28 days later . pM is pre paid and no refunds so best to use the service you paid for before porting away to minimize money lost

@Suestreet Can you log into your account ? You can find it on the profile page . If you can’t log into you need support to give it to you again if that where you got it in the first place maybe there was typo . Can’t be typo on the account itself ?
