For those on the old legacy rewards system, how are "Helping Others" community rewards determined?

Helping Others

"Head over to the Public Mobile Community, and lend a hand. Asking questions, answering questions or just providing your thoughts can earn up to $20 per calendar month."

If these rewards are still offered for those on the old legacy system, is there a simple formula for how these rewards are determined such a conversion from engagement to dollars? Also, are these rewards applied permanently or do they decrease with reduced community engagement?

That's good to know, thanks! Are community rewards typically applied to a single bill and then removed, even for users on the old rewards system?

@nkopp to answer the second part of your question, the rewards are not permanent. If you wish to continue receiving community rewards, you need to continuously be engaged in the community forum by helping out others, providing input, sharing knowledge and solutions, etc.

@nkopp  It’s determined the same way for folks on old legacy rewards and the new points rewards and

By participating , reading and helping others with questions . And learning and sharing and good things will happen

hi @nkopp

no one knows the exact amount of work need to get the 1 or 2 or 5 or 10 or 15 points or dollars.  PM determines this based on overall participation . I guess just keep reply questions you have answers, get bravos and bravo good posts
