I could've been explaining my situation but I'm sure 99% of the old rewards program customers are in the same boat, basically losing almost all their discounts.
Long story story short, I already submitted a complaint with CCTS and it got accepted. I encourage each and every one of you to do the same, to show PM who's boss.
Make sure you have proof of communication with PM regarding this issue, so you can attach it to your complaint. You gotta show that you tried resolving the matter directly with provider first.

Just wanted to share the response regarding CCTS complaint. Don't know how to tag PM, but hey, PM, you're pathetic. It is not about what you can and can not do, terms and conditions obviously cover your asses up, it's about your relationships with loyal customers and how much you care about them, which is zero care in this case. Giving huge amounts of expireable data as a thank you, really? You're making people laugh. Most of us obviously won't be able to use that much before it expires. Hope you go bankrupt one day when everyone leaves you.

@jzxdrift_100 - I know that over 20,000 are leaving PM due to this and probably 1-5K are filing CCTS Complaints just based off of the announcement.

Maybe it has little to no effect but it's doesn't mean we have to eat the sh*t we're being fed, does it?

@jzxdrift_100 - I cannot put out a CCTS complaint because I am on the Points. 😕
But at least @Reward12 the CCTS took $140 from Public Mobile's wallet for the complaint! 🙃
