I see 522 inquiries regarding public mobile network pin. Since 2019.

0-Response. No answer-nada.

Web site is still super sloooow. Still get sorry we are experiencing technical fifficulties that can go for days.

Pm needs to hire someone to clean up the wasting time .

 Do people with less money have to pay with thier life to save money?

Please contact pm and ask them to:

1- Speed up their Web Site.

2-To answer question with answer not more questions.

Or at least one answer for all those questions.

Like what is the network unlock pin when inserting sim card ?

I believe each network such as AT&T has its own unlock pin.

Ask public mobile to make it faster to reach an agent and send you an email  in response or create a messaging system without the need to go into community to get an answer. 

Wasting time and pain of a simple process is time consuming and painfull as seen all over and is visible in pm community.  Ask pm to correct these outdated practices that belong to stone age(while pm is anouncing 5G spped!).

With .005 G speed on web site.

There are different pins and puks for different devices and different providers.

Yup. Terrible.

Good luck with that.

What's wrong with the community? Many people come here and are surprised at the speed and accuracy of replies. What's worse is that regulars here in the community get taken aback at how wrong the support agents can be on too many occasions. They seem fine with little account tasks but policy and phone functions, good luck.
