I am suppose to be on the 12gb / 90 days plan , but my data usage only shows 6gb / 90 days . 

 

Pick & Pay
This plan includes: -
- 12GB Data
- Expired
- Unlimited Canada-wide Talk
- Unlimited International Text


My Data & Add-Ons
Data & Add-Ons Amount Used

6GB Data
1368.868 / 6144 MB

If your "Pick & Pay" and "My Data & Add-Ons" sections are quoted directly from your account, then it looks like something is indeed wrong, as the two figures don't match.  You should have a moderator look at your account.

That was actually a year ago with the 12gb promo. it ran for about a month in the fall I believe .

I just assumed it switched but it didnt look like it .
