I lost my sim card

Please do not post informaiton such as your phone number.  I've removed that and also created a seperate thread for your concern.

 

You should log into your account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca and report your phone as lost/stolten.  After you've purchased a replacement sim card, you can assign your service to that new sim card.

Have you tried the Forgot your password? link? If you have then maybe you need to wait about an hour.

Or clear cache/site cookies, or a different browser, or using incognito/privacy mode.
