Lost my phone and don’t have self serve account.

What can I do.?

You will need a new sim, a new phone. Open a ticket with moderator. They will need you to confirm who you are. Then they will switch service to your new sim.

@randyyoung  Call 18554PUBLIC and disable AP if you have it enabled. Activate a new sim and this time make sure you setup your online account.

Normally, you would create one from self serve site but you can't because you need to receive the secure code.  Click on question mark. Talk to moderators by opening a ticket.  You need help of moderator_team because you can't report phone as lost or swap sim without a self serve account.
