Hello I'm trying to log in to my account to check my data usage both on the app and on the public mobile self serve website. When I log in on the self serve website I get a black screen with the message in top left corner "forbidden A1". Does anyone know what this means and if it's in the process of being fixed? Am I the only one experiencing this issue, I'm using an android S21 plus phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Self service is down for maintenance. Try tomorrow morning.

I do get that message sometimes too. I usually refresh my screen and wait a few minutes and try again and then it works.
If you have tried and it still doesn't work try to open a ticket here.
