Having issue with login, message "your login has been disabled"

Tried to login but got the following message:

 

Sorry ,your login has been disabled. Please visit the online Community at publicmobile.ca/community for assistance.

 

Please help.

@iamleoliuDo you have an active plan? Is your cell phone still working?

 

If your account was inactive for 90 days it would be disabled / deleted.

 

Did you try too many password reset attempts?

 

The only way to fix your account login is to send a message to the moderator team. Click this to send them a message. Remember to give a full description of your issue with as much detail and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number so they don’t send you a message back asking for more details.

 

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT). Wait times are currently a couple days

 

If you need to make a payment you can dial 611

Has you service been suspended for some reason and has it been more than 90 days?

If so you will need to contact the MODs,

In your message please include: PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue.

Don't know your pin?Provide any 3 of the following: Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date amount.

How long until they reply?  Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time]. Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received.

Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, but can be up to 48 hours.

There is no need to send multiple messages.Some good posts/reads: Search PM GUIDE to find some great posts and answers to many common questions.
