So...I registered my sim card today and selected my plan (unlimited provincewide talk, unlimited international text and 3+3 Gigs of day for 90 days) I set up pre-payment, and the bill was to be $126 +HST totalling $142.38 for which my credit card was billed. I was then faced with porting my #, which seem to occur successfully. Switched over my sim card from the koodo one to the PM one and thought I was on my way. When I tried to use my phone later this evening, the phone said I had no talk, additionally a text came through stating that I had no text. Upon arriving home, I logged into my account and it said that I had a credit of $118??? My Plan was set to the 30 day option with no add ons??? In order to get things going, I had to top my plan back up to $126 and re-select my add ons. I was charged an additional $8+HST so that I could get things up and running. Please refund my credit card the additional charge.

its a common issue. happened to me today aswell.
