Can't create a self serve account

I just activated a new sim card keeping my number from koodo. Everything works but i cant create an account and i didnt receive any emails.

 

It always says my number is invalid or that i have an existing account (which i dont). What do i do?

I need to create it, but it says my number is invalid and i have never received any confirmation emails

@Marcbert 

If you just registered at home, you would have chosen your email address and password for your self service account. 

If you registered in store, the you will need to create a new self service account.

@Marcbert The email and password you used during the activation will let you login.
