That is true, and hoping PM makes it all come true soon

Also, hoping Telus makes LTE VOIP a reality, as well as NFC Sims, as it can be the Future

@makkahn28 Telus can only have Volte in west coast, they are roaming on east coast (Bell towers)

NFC exists on Telus but they have restricted it so much, only 3 (of the big5 banks) even supports it at this point

Funny Quebec seems to have the best NFC support in the country but no help to most of us

Well, Telus should open the front door and welcome as well as embrace, though Telus may use Bell's Towers for the east, and though Telus may ride off west in the sunset with VOLTE, but isn't it better when east embraces west, home is best? Just saying.

Plus, NFC Sims might prove to be the useful chip in the game, the future is based on 6 top criteria:

LTE or 5G, NFC, VOLTE, ROAMING, Prepaid and Apps

Whenever I travel, I generally look for a local sim or use Roam Mobility for the US, but it would be super convenient to have options built into Public Mobile's service.

This would be a great help to me.  I have been on PM for over 8 years, and only recently have I needed to be able to communicate from the US.

I would love to be able to purchase an option for a week to be able to use my phone to call and text within and from the US.

Status changed to: Yes, but not yet

Awesome! I'm reserving judgement until the full details, but I'm liking the sound of picking only what you need.

Perhaps a Smart move, BUT I'm confident PM will have Roam just right

I'll throw my weight behind this. I am a regular traveller to the UK and would love to be able to use my Public Mobile service there. I'm a ex Wind pre-paid customer and was able to do that with them.
