what I as a customer would like to see is a application of public mobile for phones. Where you can easily accessed your account on the go without going to internet searching the site and loging in. Also in this app customer could easily top up with their debit/ credit cards. This idea will be more practical for those who are contanstly on their cell, and with one click can accessed their accounts

Thanks @Martin, If what you say is true, then it would seam feasible that a PM app is a possibility by "rebranding" the existing Koodo app. Perhaps someone from PM could confirm this?

I have this brain wave, we seriously need our own mobile account application for top ups and etc etc, I am not sure if this has ever been brought up or discussed or not, but I certainly think it's something that should be worked out for the future!! What's everyone else think about this?? Yay or nay?

I agree with this 100%. If Fido, Rogers, Virgin, Bell, and all the other major phone companies have one, why shouldn't we get one as well? 🙂

I am sure there are about a thousand of these posts already, but, yeah, I'll jump on the app request train: a PM app was one of the first things I looked for prior to switching. Was very surprised to find that one did not exist. Wind, as horrible as their mobile and data service is, has great customer support and a pretty sweet app. I'd like to think PM can build something just as kickass.

They could easily do Koodo prepaid at the same time, as the platform is the same.

I think an App is a natural for a self serve company.  Start simple and add more advanced functionality later.  Mostly people want to do the same things routinely.

I think an app would be a good idea, but say we don't come up with one, what if we could make payments and change plans simply by sending a text message to a PM number? That way, we'd wouldn't have to log into the web all the time... That how its done with Roam Mobility...
