what I as a customer would like to see is a application of public mobile for phones. Where you can easily accessed your account on the go without going to internet searching the site and loging in. Also in this app customer could easily top up with their debit/ credit cards. This idea will be more practical for those who are contanstly on their cell, and with one click can accessed their accounts

I am just like @Martin, I prefer websites over apps.

ACTUALLY, unlike @chukdefatey and @MartinPrefer Both

A App for Handset/Tab, for Immediate access, as well as an App for PC for Immediate access, Website version  takes too long, log here, log here, But the App, is a Direct Link, Not Website, which feels more like more like when your flying and you need transfer flights, which is strenuous than Direct.

Thanks - to be clear, what I'm referring to is a management app that would also include the "community" portion.  Wind currently offers something similar minus the online cimmunity function - sort of like "tapatalk" and mobile account management under one roof. Given PM's emphasis on self-serve, I believe an app likes this makes total sense - could also potentially reduce data draw from server side.

@pav I know what Tapatalk is I used to use it for my ecig forums. You might want to clarify that as it sound like your looking for an app to access your account. Tapatalk is just another way of accessing the forum. Although neat I don't see it nessacary. My opinion :).

Yes exactly - I'm asking for an app that includes both a forum function (a la tapatalk) and account management (to track data usage and monitor payment processing).

For iOS the app Data Monitor will track data usage, and the phone itself talk time (though it does need to be reset for each cycle). I find the mobile community site adequate.

Of course, not as neat as an all in one.

I find the ability to track daily data usage helpful - especially if it's presented in a clear and concise graphical user interface. PM currently provides a table list through the web interface which, IMHO, is NOT very intuitive.  Wind customers are presented with an easy to understand "circular bar graph" that provides an at-a-glance view of usage and available data/text/voice remaining.

I believe this is where a PM app could prove most useful.

Yes, that would be useful, as well as PM's Usage Readout as well

Definitely lots of ways to determine Active Data Usage

Also, Handset Data Usage info readout is also just as intuitive
