Understanding that Public Mobile is prepaid service, but it will be really nice if  we can get a formal statement (a statement with Name/Address/phone number and usage) for the plan we sign up, can be 10 days, 30 days, or 90 days.

 

Why? Because in the perspective of some organizations, the phone statement is one of the evidents to prove that you are living in this province for this certain time, which some individuals may need. 

 

Since Public Mobile already has the usage history available in the Self Service portal, it should be a very easy thing to do (just from a perspective of an IT guy)

Haha, just posted something similar about this in the "new self-serve announcements" page. I think even an e-statement of some sort would be a great benefit. I find looking at historical data usage to be hard and confusing with the current way of viewing usage. Do agree that people may need some sort of bill to prove residency, find that this is happening a lot more now.
