Hello everyone!

Currently, Public Mobile gives loyalty reward by giving $1 discount every thirty days for each year we have been with PM.

Additionlly, I would like to suggest that loyalty reward be given in the form of a data add-on.  For example, 1GB add-on automatically added to the account after one year of being with PM.  I think this would generate more excitement for the customers with the perception that we are getting more value.

I believe innovative little value added incentives greatly increase retention rates.

1GB would be a lot of data to simply just give away. Not saying it's a bad idea but from a more reasonable perspective, I'd see only a few MBs be given a year - if they were to do something like that. I think allowing data roll-over would be more realistic, that adds up.

Hello,

When PM was actively encouraging customers to sign-up for auto-pay, those who did each received a one-time allotment of 500 MB of data. The data did not have to be used within a certain period of time.

FYI.

Yes i agree with @JayCaps 1 GB is worth much more...if you compare with saving $1 after first year. But may be something like, after first year you get 1 GB but after that, you don't get anything...

@Martin

FYI as well, in 2014, PM also offered 5000 international non-expiring minutes to some people if they signed up for autopay!

Hey @Someone_here, thanks for that little bit of info.  Must have been great to get 5000 international minutes as a reward 🙂

Just FYI, our community's favourite Martin, RIP, is no longer with us.  He passed away last year.
