Public Mobile is an online only prepaid service. All support starts here in the community, a lot of questions we as community members can help with. For account related problems you can reach out to the moderators - they are PM employees.
And depending on the kind of support you need (if you have a general questions about how to make changes to your plan for example) you can also try your luck with the online community as I've found that most people here are a great resource and very helpful. But if you need a moderator then you can follow the links provided by @wetcoaster.
No, Public Mobile does not have a phone number. If talking to a customers service representative on the phone is important to you PM might not your best choice.
As mentioned in my previous post, put your specific questions in a post in the relevant section, starting a new topic.
If you already have an account and have a problem with it, click on the link provided in my other post - it will get you directly to the private message form to contact the moderators / PM employees. Describe your problem as accurately as possible, include your phone number / account information and hit send.
