please create a page where i can sort my calls for long distance

i can see the history of everything that happenen on my account but i cannot sort the calls by incoming / outgoing/ long distance

i was being told that i have used all my minutes .. which seems impossible and want to find out where did i call, if maybe i pocket dial

@simonguillot it wouldn't help per se, but it would have explained the issue.  People that are in provincial border towns (common example is Ottawa/Hull/Gatineau) sometimes have issues where their phone will end up connecting to a tower in the other province as it may be closer and/or not as heavily utilized at the time.  Then when they receive any calls or place calls to numbers in their own province, it ends up being an out-of-province call and either failing (if you have no available long distance add-on minutes), or using up your LD add-on minutes when you didn't expect it to.

Following up on this, not too long ago (1 week - 2 weeks) ... there was a major issue in Southern Ontario / GTA area where people with ONLY Provincial calling could not make calls.  *IF* they had LD addons, their call would automatically use them.

 

I can only confirm this, as I went looking at my long distance minutes because I noticed I had used 2 minutes unexpectedly, and it was on the specific date of that calling outtage.  ***I'm attempting to verify the date, but self-serve isn't responding quickly 😞

It was the weekend of Remembrance Day, the Sunday and the Monday I believe were the affected dates.
