When adding $$$, If buying Add-On stuff, making it a 1-Step process

I was wondering and thinking, IF PPL wanted to purchase Add-Ons, make it a 1-Step, instead of 2-Step, &, perhaps allow PPL to use a Separate CC if they want to not use the CC used for Auto-Pay

It really is a one step process, *if* you already have enough available funds in your available funds.

@stonechucker that's true.  But there doesn't need to be any distinction, especially if you're signed up for autopay.  If you're going in to buy an add-on, you're adding the funds for the add-on.  Why make the user go in twice when the system could automatically do this:

1) Is Available Funds amount > cost of add-on?  Purchase the add-on and done.

2) Else, do an auto top-up for (cost of add-on minus available funds amount) and then purchase the add-on and done.
