I noticed that ppl may post in same topics but not original poster.

Had this:

Either create a Separate Folder where ppl experiencing certain issues can post, like a Window or Wicket, so like a Wicket for Sim, Wicket for Ports, so that keeping track of topics effectively, and when responding to said topic, Response goes Directly to specific op, so example:

Topic for over charged, 10 ppl post in that Folder Wicket, when one responded to person 4, response ONLY goes to Person 4,

Why not just use private messaging if you wish a comment to be read by only one person?

You can always respond directly by typing the "AT" symbol like this @makkahn28

That way the person you mention gets notification directly

I am totally against locking topics or branching off

Many times a previous issue will re-emerge (eg my account lock out issue) or an issue may appear at first glance to be similar but upon further questioning there is a totally different underlying cause (eg the internation txt questions)

Many people ignore etiquette online, especially when no formal "rules of conduct" policy is rigorously enforced. I personally think it's fairly easy to spot deliberate trolling and to overlook other user misplaced input which doesn't fall within the boundaries of normal social consensus - especially when many new people simply register simply to vent their desperations/frustrations about Public Mobile into the first active thread they can find. Not everyone wants to bother with private messaging. Many people impatiently demand instant support and resolution of their problems. Common behaviour on any internet forum, lol. Perhaps a sort of message-forking format (based on which message is being quoted/replied) might be a good solution to this issue. Or perhaps it's an infrequent and trivial enough issue to not merit change.

Allow me to rephrase:

PM should have folders for the certain type of issues ppl may have, (example Billing, Network, etc.) PPL posting their issues in that particular folder wicket, so as to keep the community organized and clutter-free as possible.

So, if 15 PPL had an Sim issue or Porting Issue, when lets say I respond to person 7, person 7 receives the post instead of everyone seeing it, as all cases do vary, and it allows a more direct one on one approach.

Plus, if a op's issue was relatively fixed, once a op clicks so and so's adivce as solution, Topic for ther's should be locked up, when similar issue occurs or another issue pops up, make another post, this way to keep track of issues more effectively. PPL posting their issues in an open Topic can seem kinda chaotic, as it is sometime difficult to determine who's having the issue, so if 3 PPL had similar issues and post in a open topic from a previous individual, maybe kinda hard to determine who you're addressing at times. BUT, If PM had dedicated Folder wickets for PPL list their issues, and PPL respond to specific ppl, as sometimes similar issues may not always be solved with similar solutions, as case by case, just attempting to help PM be better organized

@makkahn28 To alleviate replies on busy topics you can also unsubscribe from them. I agree sometimes chatter in a thread can just be background noise.

If you just wanted to respond to an individual I would say PM is best option.

The one part of this that could be a good idea I see could be for known issues. Eg in Tech Support Folder make sub folders for people to post Port Problem etc.

The idea is not a bad one but needs some refinement I think 🙂
