There should be welcome email with more important information.

i.e. what is the best porting process, what are community rewards, or any current issue they may have.

I know all these information can be found online or on the forum, but it's better to have the important information all at one place for those new customers that just started using PM.

The rewards offered are shown on the web site already.  Doing anything else is duplicating the same information.  It is not a good idea to have the same information in two places as any changes will need to be updated twice, leading to an error likely situation of conflicting and oudated information. 

As for porting, the porting page has all the data fields that need to be filled out with instructions along side.  It is pretty straightforward.  This is the only way to port.  There is not such thing as a best method.

@swz5005 we're processing of loooking at these currently and will take a look to see if the information currently included and see what can be improved.
