Send a welcome email to new Community registrants telling them this is a public forum and giving a warning about posting personal information.
Text reminder too...just like how they send text Did you get the answer you wanted?
Yeah, include that along with a couple ground rules.

Yes, and the welcome message should also include the link on how to contact moderators for help.
I agree with the above, but honestly I can't remember I actually read one of those emails.
