Set up a bot, like a viertual concierge. A smart database, which is accessible via social media, PM website and PM mobile app. I am aware that relevant experts can set up such a bot that will greet visitors and allow potential/existing customers to ask questions in normal conversational tone (spoken and/or typed). And then come up with an answer for the question asked. This would be a one-time big effort to set it up followed by relative ease in maintainance.
I see this working amazingly well with a fully featured Public Mobile app.. I am sure someone else already suggested the app idea.
