The usage history table in selfserve does not show clearly the time of the calls. Time is on 12 hours mode, but does not show whether it's AM or PM, so it's kinda hard for me to determine if that call was made moring or evening.
Maybe PM needs to utilize those Pie-Charts, so that we can see actual Real-time Usage, though Unlimited, would provide a Glimpse on our usage on everything we do and use
Ali, I agree with you that, without use of a 24-hour clock, some guessing is necessary to determine if a call was made in the AM or PM. Unless you make and receive many calls per day, around the clock, is it not easy to determine that a call made at 3:30 occurred at 3:30 pm? Equally, unless you are an around-the-clock user and recipient of calls, wouldn't a call at 12:00 indicate that it was made at noon, not midnight?
