Transfer Data

Hi

I would love to see maybe the unused data of a month can be transfer to the next month. For those clients that do not used all their data  in one month. For example if your data is 6GB and if the previous month there happen to be left over 1GB. So for the next month the 1GB could be added onto your 6GB. I got this idea from a few companies in United States where the data that was not used was added on top of their regular cap of data. I feel this will make public mobile a better company and mpre clients will join in. Since most canadian companies do not have it yet.

Signing up for a 3 month plan with 6GB of data is kind of like having 2GB/month that carries over. Of course the unused data is lost after the 3 months. Perhaps Public mobile could offer 6 month or 12 month plans with choices of 12GB / 24GB / 48GB options. This would probably be easier for PM to implement than updating the system to carry the unused data over.

I would certainly love to see the data roll over to the following month, I am afraid to purchase anymore data for the whole issue of losing my $$'s for unused data!!

If you wish to have data that is not deleted upon a cycle's completion, purchase a data add-on. It can be bought at any time during a plan's cycle, and expires only after it is fully used. In short, it is not time-limited.

Actually I have a purchased data add on, it's the data in the plans itself that I think should have a roll over to the next month and so on!!!! I understand how the plans work, but feel there is always room to make changes in such so be get better bang for our buck!!

Depending on how much data you need per month (minimum and maximum), there are options. Send me a message.
