Ok here is an idea that Public should consider. Have some way that we can review our issues (open tickets) and submit info.
In my case there is an issue with community rewards. The Public Mobile powers are aware of this issue and are looking into it. But until resolved I almost feel like I am pestering them by sending private messages every month to get my account credits.
If there was some way to simply access the open ticket I could just post there instead of re-writing messages or website posts each time which will greatly simplify the process for clients.
PS @Kalla_A system did not apply my referal rewards again this month 🙂
