Every company I know, except for Amazon, allows you to pay with PayPal. I used many mobile services like Wind, Koodo and previously Public Mobile, (when you started) and through the internet, web hosting company, etc. and they allow(ed) me to use pre-authorized payments through Bank with a regular debit card. I am with Tangerine and PC Financial, and I have two regular debit cards (not visa debit cards). You need to come out with more pre-authorized payment options for banking and PayPal. This is ridiculous.
