Hi, when I go to my account and check my data usage, on top of the list, it would be convenient to have a summary of "data used / data available or data total", without having to count manually the data usage in the details list. Thanks.
@BAL This information is already available to you. When you log in to self-serve "My Account", on the first page shown after you log in, you will notice a "My Add Ons" section that will show you data used and total data paid for. Both data bought as an add-on, as well as plan data are shown here, despite the misleading title of the section.
You are right, however, it is not clear at all. I use a plan of data only. So, it would be logical to see my data usage summary in "My plan", not in the "Adds-on". If I click on "View my usage", I should also see the summary, on top of the details. That would be more convenient and clearer, I think.
@BAL I agree that the section of the self-serve home page being titled "My Add-Ons" can be a bit inaccurate. But it is still dispayed in an easy to read manner right on the home page. I am failing to see how any of this is not clear.
Going forward please note that the summary of your data usage (amount used / total amount purchased) is on the home page, and the details of each data session are in the "Usage History" section.
And if it matters to you, I am also on a data-only plan.
I respectfully agree to disagree. A Plan Summary page should contain all the relevant information summarised on one page, and in the right section of the page to avoid confusion. This is how most mobile companies do! You said yourself “…despite the misleading title of the section”. But you said also “I am failing to see how any of this is not clear.”
This section of the community is for new ideas, not to preserve the “status quo”. If it is to preserve the status quo, then why this section of new ideas exists, and why people should submit “new ideas”?
I have paid my bill since 4th of April 2016 via my bank card but have been able to use my phone because you have not activated my line. Please activate my line and give me credit for those I could not use my phone despite paying bill
