I think it would be a good idea to make spell check continually check for grammar mistakes instead of having to click the spell check button. This would be helpful to the community in lowering the amount of grammar mistakes that can make it difficult to understand some threads. It will also reduce annoyingly pressing the spell check button for every post you make.

I agree an as you go spell check would be great.  its is probably a feature that would have to be implimented by lithium rather than PM.

Sure, why not. Given the litany of much bigger issues lingering in the self serve portal, this non essential enhancement isn't likely to ever receive consideration, let alone be accepted for action. If this is any consolation, the Public Mobile self serve portal is 10/10 compared to what Koodo customers have to face. I got a large dose of problems setting up a Koodo account for my essential phone order. After account set up which was far from uneventful, every link in the self serve led to the same blank screen. Luckily, the queue at the call center was over 30 minute and that was enough time for me to somehow correct the problem myself. I will take this service over Koodo any day.

I thought someone had posted this before, and there's already an option within the software to allow it.

It's just not turned on.

I try to use built in spell check on Chrome, but the text entry boxes on this site just don't seem to allow it to function properly.

If I'm on my iPadAir, the first letter of each new paragraph starts with a lowercase letter.  Normally, everyother website I use makes the first letter an uppercase.

@will13am, I understand you have had a bad experience with your Koodo experience, however this suggestion is specific for the public mobile community and it would definitely be a stepping stone for improving the overall forum experience. Even the smallest changes can make the biggest impact.

@Believeachieve, I totally agree.  No company should make themselves look good by comparing to those that look bad.  This should not be a race to the bottom.  It is just that there is a lot of negativity here and I am just trying to put some perspective here.  Please do not interpret that as a customer, I condone the fact that Public Mobile pretty much turns a blind eye to all the broken bits in the self serve portal.
