Shipping SIMs

Recently I ordered 3 SIMs for my family members and I got an email notification stating that 3 SIMs were shipped, but today I just received one. Now I am wondering if the 3 were all shipped separately or, even though I ordered 3, they only shipped one. 

It would be nice if the Email notification stated exactly how the SIMs were shipped thus clearing any doubts from a New subscriber. Or, if a user can only order one at a time, then there shouldn't be a dropdown to select the quantity in the SIM Ordering page.

Please make the process clear by providing as much information as possible.

Also what I found is useful to order multiple sim cards at once. Since in my household there is 4 people using cell phone; so I had to order 4 different sim card. You can only order 1 sim card per order like most people know; but you can use multiple email to get 1 sim card each. So if you need three you register 3 email ( i insert my, mom, brother, dad names when i register ) and order 1 sim card to the same address per email. So after 3-7 days you will get 3 separated sim cards all to.gether in mail. Hope this work for anyone that needs to order multiple for their house family members.

To reiterate, once a customer receives email notification that the SIM is shipped, it is mailed from the GTA, and delivered by regular postal mail, 3 to 7 business days later.
