Recently I ordered 3 SIMs for my family members and I got an email notification stating that 3 SIMs were shipped, but today I just received one. Now I am wondering if the 3 were all shipped separately or, even though I ordered 3, they only shipped one. 

 

It would be nice if the Email notification stated exactly how the SIMs were shipped thus clearing any doubts from a New subscriber. Or, if a user can only order one at a time, then there shouldn't be a dropdown to select the quantity in the SIM Ordering page.

 

Please make the process clear by providing as much information as possible.

When you order something online, do they say, its coming in the box or simple envelope Smiley Embarassed

@NDesai Oh! I put it here as I thought it would be a good idea to put some more detail into the email notifications when letting the user know their SIMs have been shipped. If this is not the right place, then please advise where?

Hey @iamnopreacher,  I am sure I have read it somewhere that you can order as many sim's as you like.. but only 1 per order.  You can place multiple orders at the same time from same account.  Judging from the fact that you only got 1 sim in the envelope, its safe to say the old policy still holds.

@imm1304 Wow! That sucks. Why have a quantity dropdown when only one is always sent out. PM really needs to buck-up and get their act together. They can't be in BETA forever. 

 

I will just order another one I guess.

You can only order 1 per order, you can change the quantity in the cart but when you update the cart it'll reject it. So yes 1 per order and only 1 per envelope

@Rockdaddy22 That's not really what happened. I was able to change the quantity and update the cart and I even got an email confimation (shown below) stating that 3x Triple Punch SIM Card was shipped.

Fair enough, either way you can only get 1 at a time. Order 2 more separately ASAP

@Rockdaddy22 You too are correct as, when I changed the quantity, I didn't actually click the Update Cart button. If I had I would have got a message telling me that I can only order 1 SIM at a time. In reality, the quantity dropdown is useless and shouldn't be there. What I did was change the quantity and without Updating the cart, I proceeded to check out and all along it showed me that I had order 3 SIMs so how was I to know there was something worng. This process really needs to be fixed. Thanks @Rockdaddy22 for bringing this to my attention.
