Recently I ordered 3 SIMs for my family members and I got an email notification stating that 3 SIMs were shipped, but today I just received one. Now I am wondering if the 3 were all shipped separately or, even though I ordered 3, they only shipped one.
It would be nice if the Email notification stated exactly how the SIMs were shipped thus clearing any doubts from a New subscriber. Or, if a user can only order one at a time, then there shouldn't be a dropdown to select the quantity in the SIM Ordering page.
Please make the process clear by providing as much information as possible.
