I think it is essential for us to know by E-mail or SMS when the Self-Serve System is down or under maintenance especially because there is no way for us to make any changes during that time. eg. I'm heading to New York in a couple of hours and I cannot add a roaming plan

They usually post on here a few days in advance when there is matinece

@xCameron94x That's actually where we saw this problem. We can't expect everyone to check the website for these announcements.

Hello - first, I was just able to get into the self serve portal so not sure if this is the problem you are seeing, and if you can now access the self serve portal?

 

Our maintenance outages are usually scheduled during the early morning hours to minimize the number of people that are inconvenienced, as well as being announced a few days in advance to allow people to plan around them if need be.

 

All that being said, there is the potential for the portal to need maintenance during the day when we detect a serious/critical issue. If this does happen, we'll always do our best to restore the self serve portal so people can access as soon as possible.
