Removing the Long-Distance charges message when PM is Unlim

I believe PM should consider removing that message since PM has all Unlim on Talk.

Unless PM introduces Limited talk, then that's a different matter altogether.

This depends on how you dial the phone number. Dialing +416-555-1234 is not the same as dialing 416-555-1234 (or if you put the +1 in front). This is same on all carriers, it is not a Public issue.
