Whenever I go into Self-Serve, the one thing that bothers me is how the Self-Serve Interface is set up, and to me not as cohesive or coherent.

 

What I would suggest, is that perhaps PM redo the interface so that anything to do with payments and plans, under one folder, as the current set-up is frustrating, and make payment option more pronounced so ppl can find it if their plans expired, when I had to change my CC, it took longer than necessary because I had to click here, click there, make it more direct.

 

If phone was lost or stolen have the report icon in a separate icon perhaps placing it somewhere where it won't obstruct view of other areas but making it clearly noticeable.

 

You know, what if PM colour-coded the icons so that Bill payments or anything to do with CC or Voucher is Green, Report Phone lost/ Stolen RED

What I would mean about Report Phone lost/stolen icon is placing it in a place where its easier, and not hidden within the bunch of options.

 

 

Add-On/Plan(s) Blue

 

Viewing Data usage Orange

 

Simplifying or Streamlining Self-Serve for better access and navigation

 

Something as a start

 

Maybe PM should create separate boxes that have related content, not just for readouts

So that its direct, on point, and not like stop and go, stop and go, which can be frustrating at times
