It'd be nice if Public Mobile provided their customers with information on the status of their SIM cards when it's being delievered. Like most customers, they have complained about not being given information about when or where their item is (aside from the confirmation message that it'll arrive within 3 to 5 business days). I think providing some sort of information as to where the order is allows customers to anticipate the arrival of their order and quickly resolves any issues that may arise.
