Product Test Area

Create a live product test area where new features as they are being developed can be reviewed then tested by willing members before release. New features/products could first be prototype (screen shots or mockup), then alpha (functioning with dummy data).

Unless the activation issues that I have seen since SIMs became freely available, and the 90 day plan introduction, are only 0.1% of all the new activations/plan changes, a Community beta test might have saved a lot of aggravation.

Well maybe 1% would be acceptable during an introductory phase.

I agree but Better support is what they want to work on it first.
