Porting from PC Mobile to Public Mobile

Hi,

I'm new to Public Mobile and am having problems porting my number over from PC Mobile. It's now been 8 days and I haven't heard from anyone after a few request emails that say someone will get back to me after 48 hours. Can anyone help?

@Ab-18 days is a long time but not sure what the current wait time is it was 12 last week.  but is @Shazia_K is around she maybe able to look into this for you

@Ab-1  next time you should really watch where you post.  This is in the Public Lab for ideas on how to improve things Mods won't really be scanning this area with the amount of back log there are dealing with to get people back up and running
