I read another problem post and it got me thinking
Suggestion #1
We should have somewhere a FAQ / sticky detailing all the common port issues and procedures
Something people can click on during activation BEFORE they submit an error post
With all the common stuff, like do NOT use account numbers with 7-11 port, do not enter hyphens in Freedom account numbers etc
Would certainly cut down on failures

I have no idea why, but Public has no way to UPDATE our port info
Other carriers I can do this through a portal or even on old school (like cheap voip providers) I can email corrections to info
The way Public runs now, if an error we need to message a mod, who in turn messages the port management team
