I wish people would post some basic info about the hardware they are using and the plan they are on whether old, new, ported vs new!

Hard to help people when all they give you is my phone has stopped working or my MMS isn't working without the basics.

It's like calling the CAA and telling them my car has broke down and then hanging up the phone.

Thank you for the idea! We really appreciate the time you took in submitting your idea, for the better of our customers and the community!

At this time we believe the "idea" you've submitted already exists. Meaning, in order for people to get a clear insight with their issue or problem they would need to logically add as much detailed information as possible, so the community can properly assist them.

Also, as @Mat_F replied, we must remember that we don't want to much information that would invade on their privacy. No email, telephone numbers, address...etc.

If the issue arises with a community member looking for feedback or an answer, feel free to ask them which type of handset do they have, are you able to send MMS...etc.
