PM should establish emailing newsletter to existing users whenever there is a promo plan or news

I'd joined PM since last October and have never received any newsletter or emails about PM's news or promo. I suggest PM will start sending newsletters to users whenever there are news update or promo on so that we won't miss the important updates/promo/issues as a user.

A newsletter could work, but I think with facebook feeds twitter etc, the actual need for newsletter isn't really needed.plus checking in on the website /forums occasionally wouldn't hurt to help being kept I the loop.

lol, i feel like newsletters are very 1985.

PM has a focus on online support and social media, that seems to be the best way to contact clients, as well as the forums which is their main source of communication.

I am not a social media person either, but I frequently check the forums so if anything is going on, I will see the community members going on it just like reddit of even worse XD
