I noticed that some ppl don't know if this may work or that, and I think PM needs to better relay that info so ppl don't get cinfused.

Like example, for Prov-wide, will 1-800 #'s work on Prov-Wide or Canada-Wide ONLY?

Or, if PPL have some issues with service or plan change not going through, and them asking for refund, stating that Prepaids don't give that BUT Credit in account maybe an option, which is NOT really a refund since its credit applied in Account only, so PPL know what correct info that they get is factual and informational to their overall experience.

Info like these can certainly save PM lots of headaches and perhaps when PPL read these helpful info that then they would then be able to decide for themselves whether PM is right for them

Sometimes simplicity is beautiful!

Although all the issues you mentioned were items of concern when I signed up, I also knew that I could change my plan at any time if certain options didn't work to my needs.

I'm currently on the province wide calls, nation wide text, and 1GB data plan right now. So far, all the 1-800 #'s work, all texts within Canada work (including the short code stuff), and anything that's paid over the amount required to cover your plan is issued as a credit to your account.

I personally like how these details are sorted out in the community forum rather than on the main signup pages. I activated my account, ported my number, and got everything setup in about 10min. If I were going through pages and pages of detail, that same process would have taken MUCH longer.

With that being said, I am a stickler for details so I spent a bit of time reading the community forums trying to gather as much detail as possible prior to signing up.  Maybe a more comprehensive FAQ page can help?
