PDF detail bill cycle

Hi

I think another way in which we could better PM is by having a detail monthly bill for those who pays every month and for those to pay every 3 months would get a detail 3 month cycle stating the balance owing and how much of reward did the person earn for that bill cycle.It will give many customers a piece of mind. Also on the back will say ways customers could earn rewards just in case if new comers dont know all the different ways.

PM is a prepaid system that specifically seeks to avoid the costs of generating and sending bills.

Agree with @7789849803.  To keep the costs down, PM doesn't generate and send bills by default.

However, for the small minority of customers who actually need the invoice, they are able to obtain it by writing to the PM support via the "Contat Us" link in the "Get Help" section.

@7789849803 Public is a prepay system but legally they are REQUIRED to provide basic bills.

A couple of people including myself have expressed complaints about this in the past. Either provide a very basic bill or stop billing clients HST. It is their choice.

The online bill details is not acceptable.
