@GOTIMEKTM, this will not happen as that is not the customer service model that PM is designed after. It is a strictly online through the community that you will receive customer service
Not to start a flame war here. Public Mobile has chosen this rather disruptive business model for a reason. So those who don't subscribe to it can consider the alternatives.
PM model isn't for the faint of heart, for sure, but once it is going, it seems to be real good.
I think the mods do a good job here tho. As I've mentioned before, better than spending hours on the phone. I'm still with Fido for the tablet plan...and spending 3 hours hearing the same lame ass song....just saying.
Sorry to hear about your call centre experience. You must have really bad luck with them. I have to say, I rarely wait more than 1 to 3 minutes. It's fast and things get resolved very quickly.
