This sounds like a good idea, but is not without a disadvantage. If the solution happens to be part of a conversation sequence, this can interrupt the flow of that discussion if a post is moved. Perhaps a copy of the solution could appear underneath the original post.
EDIT: Oops, apologies Luddite. I was looking at your original topic title "Move Topic Solution". I see now that you said in your post that a "copy" of the solution should be under the OP.
I like the link instead. We all know there is plenty of white space around a topic and replies. Adding solution in the main post will add more white space and require more scrolling for those who are interested in replying. Most of the time solutions are "contact moderator" or mods replies that they fixed the issue.. That's not really a solution someone want to look at and fix their issue. Overall, link is better. Click and it takes you to the solution if interested. Even better would be a Spoiler tag that opens up if you want to look at the solution.
