In order to mantain mental health of your custumers you should just transfer all of us on Telus
same as you transfer us here from nice Public Mobile network that had better plans, retail stores, customer service and so on . My fellas Canadians will for sure agree with me. The only issue is country that we live in. Canada that allows big three to play monopoly and rip Canadians with biggest cellphone bills in whole world. Having a desperate customers trying to solve your glitches and network issues, and not be able to reach customer service even by chat online is just sad to watch. God i have non idea what to write here,as my text on this site is like messsage on the wall is some restaurant washroom that no one pays attention to.
Im trying to make a youtube channel and one day get to television to show canadian people that is cheaper to get plans in states and use them inside Canada then paying for this local ones to big three. And what i forgot to mention is God be with us as we using your service!!
