Hello! Recent forum post brought to light a relevant issue that it's difficult to locate which countries are on the long-distance calling list.

Perhaps adding this list below the add-on, or in the fine print in the footnotes of the page would be beneficial for those looking to add this.

The list has been posted many times in these forums

The fact we get so many duplicate threads asking same question tends to bury the already answered posts

I agree.  It should be something that is easily accessed, especially when you are purchasing the add-on.  It should not be buried in the forum threads.

 A search of the Knowledge Base yielded nothing.  This information should be added to that section, where it won't get buried.

info like this should be posted in area easy to find!

I just did a search for it and found it linked in the first thread from the results. Here is a link titled "Calling an international phone number": http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/Calling-an-international-phone-number/m-... I want to suggest that @Jeremy_M add this thread to the knowledge base. Or at least copy-paste the linked post by Lachlan_M to a new Knowledge Base tile titled "List of Countries you can call with the LD Add-on"

It should be right on the plans page (https://publicmobile.ca/plans) in the Add-ons section right in or under the Long Distance add-on info.

@srlawren's suggestion is even more appropriate. Its best to have at least a link to that image containing the list of countries included right where the customer goes to purchase plans/add-ons. This info should be widely available so there is no guessing about what "international" means in the description for the add-ons.

@CaNuCk07

Thank you for sharing this idea with us. I'm currently working on a knowledge base article that describes the countries that are available to dial, and which add-on is needed.

Cheers,

Jeremy
