My idea of live chat for PM would be that you get a time that PM will live chat with you. For example: 7pm tonight.
The more systems available for support, the better the chance of it getting lost.
PM stated they reduced the various social media options from support, for this very reason.
PM isn't for everyone, and to be honest, if you can't work with the Community Forum only option, this service isn't for you.
My idea of Live Chat for PM would be for them to give out a time that they will Live Chat with you......... for example 7:00pm tonight.
