Now that we have had
More Moderators Joined the Community as it is the only source of customer service is it possible to have hours extended. Currently Mods are only available until 6 PM Pacific Time. If there was even a mod that was available until 9 PM Pacific that would be a HUGE improvement for us not in the Eastern Time Zone. I know it will be said that but we get 3 extra hours in the morning but that truly isn't the case for people that aren't up by 6 AM.
Not only would it help people in the West but now there would only be 9 hours of when there are no Mods available. I suggested the below when I had first joined and hoping this may get more consideration now that the Social Media Support has been cut and added to the Community side.
